    Shopping Orientation and Trust in Online Stores Towards Impulse Buying

    This study aims to determine the effect of shopping orientation and online store trust on impulsive purchases among students of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Sciences of University X in Samarinda. This research uses a quantitative approach. This study involved 100 students of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Sciences of University X in Samarinda who were selected using a simple random sampling technique. The use of data collection methods is the scale of impulsive purchases, shopping orientation, and the trust of the online store. The collected data are analyzed with the help of SPSS 25.0 for Windows programs. The results showed that the major hypothesis was accepted, namely simultaneous shopping orientation and online store trust can predict the occurrence of impulsive purchases in students, as evidenced by a value of p = 0.000 (p<0.05). The predicted rate is 52.9%. The first minor hypothesis is accepted, namely shopping orientation is able to predict student implusive purchases, proven by a value of p = 0.000 (p<0.05), while the second minor hypothesis is accepted, namely trust in online stores able to predict student impulsiveimplusive purchases as evidenced by a value of p = 0.000 (p<0.05). The results showed that the major hypothesis was accepted, namely simultaneous shopping orientation and online store trusts can predict the occurrence of impulsiveimpulsive purchases in students, as evidenced by the value of p = 0.000 (p<0.05). The positive impact of this research when people specifically read this research article is that it can increase literacy about the main factors that cause impulsive purchases, especially among students, especially caused by shopping orientation and also caused by trust in online stores.     Pengaruh Intensitas Penggunaan Media Sosial Instagram dan Konformitas Terhadap Perilaku Konsumtif di Kalangan Generasi Z

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh intensitas penggunaan instagram dan konformitas terhadap perilaku konsumtif dikalangan generasi Z. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 100 remaja yang berdomisili di Kota Samarinda. Subjek dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala intensitas penggunaan intagram, skala konformitas, dan skala perilaku konsumtif. Perolehan data dianalisis dengan uji regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS 21.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) ada pengaruh intensitas penggunaan instagram terhadap perilaku konsumtif dengan koefisien  beta (β) = 0.640, t hitung > t tabel (6.595 > 2.002), p = 0.000 (p t tabel (2.113 > 2.002), p = 0.039 (p f tabel (37.385 > 3.16), p = 0.000 (p < 0.05). Kontribusi intensitas penggunaan instagram dan konformitas terhadap perilaku konsumtif pada remaja adalah sebesar 0.567 (56.7 persen)

    Optimisme dan Posttraumatic Growth Pada Istri yang Mengalami Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana optimisme dan proses terjadinya posttraumatic growth pada istri yang mengalami kekerasan dalam rumah tangga di samarinda. Peneliti menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yaitu pemilihan subjek berdasarkan ciri-ciri yang memenuhi tujuan-tujuan yang sudah ditetapkan. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggumakan observasi dan wawancara mendalam, serta data dokumentasi yang terkait dengan subjek yaitu istri yang mengalami kekerasan dalam rumah tangga di Samarinda. Subjek KW, HF, dan N menunjukkan aspek optimisme permanensi, personalisasi, dan pervasivness. Ketiga subjek juga menunjukkan peningkatan kekuatan dalam diri, kemungkinan-kemungkinan baru, penghargaan dalam hidup, peningkatan spiritual and hubungan dengan orang lain. The purpose of this study is to see how optimism and the process of posttraumatic growth occur in wives who experience domestic violence in Samarinda. Researchers used qualitative research with a case study approach. The study used a purposive sampling technique, namely the selection of subjects based on characteristics that meet predetermined goals. The data collection method in this study uses in-depth observation and interviews, as well as documentation data related to the subject, namely the wife who experiences domestic violence in Samarinda. Subjects KW, HF, and N showed aspects of optimism on permanence, personalization, and pervasiveness. The three subjects also showed increased personal strength, new possibilities, appreciation of life, spiritual development and relating to others

    We are Team: Effectiveness of Team Building Training to Improve Cohesiveness

    Purpose:  This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the influence of team building training to increase cohesiveness in Psychology students at Mulawarman University.   Theoretical framework:  Cohesiveness is one part that can increase the sense of attachment between individuals as members and the team and organization that oversees them.  Team building training is carried out so that members of student organizations can have an interest in wanting to continue to be with the organization in achieving common goals as a whole team   Design/methodology/approach: The research design used was a pre-test and post-test on 20 students divided into 10 experimental groups and 10 control groups. Cohesiveness scale adapted by researchers from Data analysis using Wilcoxon and Mann-Whitney U Test using SPSS 26 Software for Windows.   Findings: The results of the analysis used the Wilcoxon test which compared the cohesiveness scores in the experimental group before and after training showed a value of Z = -2.810, = p 0.005 (p &lt; 0.05) meaning that there was a difference in the cohesiveness scores before and after being given the team building training treatment, so that there was an increase in cohesiveness significantly after giving the team building training treatment. The results of the analysis using the Mann-Whitney U Test showed a value of Z = -1.288, p = 0.198 (p &gt; 0.05) meaning that there was no difference in the level of cohesiveness between the experimental group that was given the team building treatment and the control group that was not given the team building training treatment.   Research, Practical &amp; Social implications: The study is useful for organizational activities are also expected to continue to make their best contribution to the organization and the wider community.   Originality/value: The value of the study based on the analytical data discussed in the previous sub-chapter, it can be concluded that team building training is able to provide changes and increase cohesiveness in organizational students. That is, if training is given to students of the organization regularly and followed by consistent supervision and evaluation, then cohesiveness in the student organization can increase

    This study aimed to determine the influence of affiliation and person organization fit on organizational commitment on members of non-profit organizations affected by Covid-19 pandemic. This study used a quantitative approach. Population in this study is membes of non-profit organization affected by Covid-19 pandemic. The sample in this study  is 104 selected used purposivee sample technique. Data collected method used are affiliation scale, person organization fit scale and organizational commitment scale. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear analysis with result there is an influence between affiliation and person organization fit on the organizational commitment with an affective contribution value of 65.3%, F value of 98.123 > 3.09, and p value of 0.000 3.09 dan nilai p sebesar  0.000 < 0.05

    Vitalitas Subjektif dan Orientasi Masa Depan terhadap Kebahagiaan

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh vitalitas subjektif, dan orientasi masa depan terhadap kebahagiaan pada mahasiswa Fakultas Farmasi Universitas Mulawarman. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 121 anggota mahasiswa Fakultas Farmasi Universitas Mulawarman yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah skala vitalitas subjektif, orientasi masa depan, dan kebahagiaan. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan program SPSS 25.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara vitalitas subjektif dan orientasi masa depan terhadap kebahagiaan (F = 21.593; p = 0.000; R2 = 26.8%). Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara vitalitas subjektif terhadap kebahagiaan (β = 0.360; t = 3.776; p = 0.000). Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara orientasi masa depan terhadap kebahagiaan (β = 0.220; t = 2.306; p = 0.023)
